Monday’s session at Hendon Golf Club was led by Keren, with the help of our wonderful trustee Valerie plus two helpful volunteers Lois and Tom.
Despite the cold weather and a few drops of snow, over 20 people came along to the session today where they were greeted with lovely hot tea, coffee and delicious cakes laid out by the staff at the golf club. Each table did an A-Z quiz, thinking of different things to wear. We also gave out a selection of nice pictures to colour in, plus some word searches. Eon got everyone going with his exercises and even the bar staff joined in today!
This was followed by our fantastic entertainer Mike who got everybody up and dancing also singing along to some very familiar tunes. A great afternoon was had by all.
