A very busy session as usual.
James one of the carers read some stories about Remembrance and also spoke about his Grandfather in the war and showed us some pictures. 
Richard then followed with some fun yoga exercises and then Mike Marandi entertained everyone with some fantastic music which got everyone up and dancing. There was some old time classics which everyone enjoyed dancing to.
