Today’s session was led by Richard who was admirably supported by Faz, Melissa, Theresa & Angela. It was a cracking turnout with 34 in attendance in total.
In preparation for the visit of Elvis at our final session of the year our quiz today was all about the great man. Judging by the high scores there are plenty of fans in the building!
The Chair Yoga exercises got everyone stretching and was full on so people could build up energy reserves for the busy xmas period.
This was followed by singing with Cara whose wonderful voice had the room purring with pleasure and lots of dancing was testament to the creativity and energy provided. Reminders to all that Elvis will be crooning his way next week-A bumper turnout is anticipated.
