It’s ok Not to feel ok.
It’s ok to feel low at times,
It’s ok to feel angry at times,
It’s ok to feel vulnerable at times,
It’s ok to feel tearful at times,
It’s ok not to be brave at all the time.
All these feelings are part of me and I know
I will feel ok again,
I will feel strong again,
I will conquer the obstacles that comes my way, again.
