We had 2 birthdays today. It was John’s birthday and Melissa’s birthday. Birthdays are always celebrated in the usual DCUK fashion with firework candles and everyone singing Happy Birthday.
Lisa then introduced Charlie who gave a Hip Hop session. This was new to everyone and was really great fun. It’s exercise to Hip Hop music which got everyone up and dancing too.
This was a great session and as usual a busy session. Thank you to our volunteers Theresa, Raj, Melissa and of course Mark.
