Today’s session was led by Richard.
FMH was rocking today with a very good turnout despite the snowy conditions outside.
We started the session with a quiz around “Things that go together” using common word associations.
Then we enjoyed some readings and Jokes from James followed by a lovely melody.
This was followed by some Chair Yoga exercises with Richard, which got everyone warm and prepared for some delightful singing with Gail. Her set featured some well-known classics including a collection of songs from the musical Grease.
The afternoon including a linked train of participants, stepping round the room and in the corridor to the “locomotion.”.
There was lots of dancing and fun from members and carers alike.
