Today’s session was led by Richard who was ably supported by Keren, Melissa, Raj & Kevin.
It was a bumper turnout despite the wet weather, with 32 in attendance in total.
The quiz today was “name that song” where the DCUK team read (or even sung) a few words from a well-known song and the members had to guess the name of the song and artist. The scoring was sensational but Jean/Glenda table pipped Pam/James table by the narrowest of margins.
The Chair Yoga exercises had everyone stretching and so many sung along to the “Happy Wednesday” song- it was delightful to observe and be part of this tradition.
This was followed by singing with Gayle which was so entertaining-especially her rendition of “top of the world” that fabulous song from the Carpenters.
Happy Birthday CELEBRATIONS were delivered to Jean Brennan and thank you Glenda for the delicious chocolate Cake – IT MADE EVERYONE FEEL TOP OF THE WORLD!!
