The session on 9th May was led by Keren Mail at the Finchley Cricket Club. We had a wonderful atmosphere with 38 people at the session today. Keren had prepared some word searchers and colouring sheets which are always popular with some members and their carers. Keren welcomed everyone, gave some session updates and reminded everyone to let Lisa know if they wanted to attend either of the up-coming day trips.
Everyone seemed to enjoy their freshly made sandwiches and cakes thanks to Jackie and Julian from the Cricket club. Another thanks to James who sang us a couple of songs before Eon started the exercises on time. Ian arrived early and joined in, he then got everyone up and dancing today with all song requests catered for! Ian has also offered to sing some karaoke next month for us if people would enjoy that, watch this space.
Thank you again to our volunteers Valerie, Tom and Joan who helped clear everything up and helped sort out any left overs to be given to members to take home. Members really enjoy coming to this lovely venue and we hope to see everyone again soon.
