Today’s session was led by Jeanette.
A chilly start to DCUK at the Eversfield Centre, Mill Hill, with a flurry of snowflakes, but in contrast there were warm greetings for members old and new from volunteers Theresa, and Rotarians, Ken, Grahame, Jane and Jeanette. Home made cakes from Jane, a dice game not unlike “Beetle” and a lovely warm hall started off the afternoon. Lisa gave a reminder about the planned summer outings. Then a good singsong with Helen at the piano and a seated workout with Richard before we made our way home.
