A good session today with some new volunteers to help. Accompanied by refreshments, everyone was challenged to name 26 sports in our A to Z.
No surprise XYZ causing more of a problem….
Music with Helen was a joy as usual. Then Gill, new to Eversfield, took us through a brilliant session of seated exercises to music. Everyone’s concentration was so high.
You could hear the proverbial pin drop! Well done everyone.
