I invited both Andrea and Colette to talk to us a little more about the new Integrated Care System and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions.
We had a very good meeting with very interesting questions and responses, and I also like to thank our Trustee Dr Angela Parker a recently retired GP after 35 years who affirmed the challenges GPs have to face daily since all the changes and how they now hate their job.

I know that a few of you spoke about your experiences with surgeries and receptionists etc.. and Andrea informed us at the meeting that she would be happy to hear about your experiences good and bad and Andrea will try to put right any bad practices. Our feedback therefore is important to make changes for the better.
